Nestled into a hillside above Kinnegar Beach the holiday home enjoys panoramic views over Lough Swilly towards the hills of Inishowen and Inch Island. The views are equally impressive at night with the lights of Lisfannnon and Fahan shimmering on the lough.

The holiday home is situated on a spacious site with a large lawn to the front. The lawn has a nice rock feature as a centerpiece. Within the holiday home all the room are spacious. On the ground floor there is a large stylish modern kitchen and adjacent dining area with sea views. Across the hall is the main living room which also enjoys lovely sea views. Both these downstairs rooms have solid fuel stoves and large flatscreen TVs
