RAMP returns to the beautiful seaside village of Rathmullan on Saturday, July 13. RAMP features a day-long exploration of experimental music and sound, spotlighting cutting-edge work being created in Ireland’s Northwest and beyond.
Programme highlights include concerts, installations, workshops and community activities. With a focus on the village of Rathmullan and its picturesque location on the shores of Lough Swilly, the varied lineup of events will invite festival-goers to explore work that examines and makes audible our relationship with the acoustic environment.
RAMP is grateful for the backing of its supporters and funders including Earagail Arts Festival, Contemporary Music Centre and Rathmullan The Way Forward.

Earagail Arts Festival is a bilingual (Irish and English language), multidisciplinary summer festival which takes place each July throughout County Donegal along the Wild Atlantic Way on the north-west coast of Ireland.
Earagail Arts Festival brings inspiring performers to this captivating European frontier, showcases artists native to the area and provides opportunities for cultural exchange, in venues from purpose built theatres and galleries, to village halls, forests and beaches, creating a unique cultural experience in the most unlikely of magical places.
Our diverse programme reaches out across the county, so wherever you are staying when you visit it us in 2024 you will be able to enjoy a feast of entertainment located in the heart of one of Ireland’s most outstanding areas of natural beauty, the hidden gem in the Irish crown.
